Kru Emails

When purchasing a coupon code or sending a support ticket, if you do not receive an auto-response from Kru, then it is likely that your email is filtering Kru email as spam. Please make sure Kru emails are not being filtered by using your email options. Do not send a ticket until you have made these changes since any reply from us would still be filtered by your email. For support tickets, you can still check the status of a ticket and our replies by using "Reply Ticket", as long as you have the ticket ID.
